R&D Key technology

Through many tests and improvements, we summed up our experience and finally determined an inlet and outlet combined splitter cone, vacuum nickel-based brazing and heat treatment technology suitable for the CNG flowmeter produced by our company.
1. Imported combined splitter cone (obtained utility model patent - patent number: 201020170649.5)
The inlet end and the outlet end are structurally symmetrical and are connected by a pipe body. The inlet end and the outlet end are composed of an interface joint, a shunt cone, two measuring tubes and a measuring tube joint, wherein the interface joint and the measuring tube joint form a The two are docked and positioned with a shunt cone. The measuring tube is inserted into the measuring pipe joint and then welded. The shunt cone is inserted into the measuring tube and the measuring pipe joint. The measuring tube and the shunt cone maintain a tight positioning fit.
The measuring tube and the measuring tube joint are welded by argon arc welding; the diverter cone is inserted into the inner hole of the measuring tube joint in the axial and radial directions, and the diverter cone is positioned in conjunction with the measuring tube in the circumferential direction.
The interface joint is placed on the diverter cone, so that the outer cone surface of the diverter cone and the inner cone surface of the interface joint are positioned axially, and the inner hole of the interface joint is positioned radially. The interface joint and the diverter cone are also integrally pressed. Tight and welded with argon arc welding.
Beneficial effects:

2. Vacuum nickel-based brazing and heat treatment (obtained invention patent - patent number: 201010186127.9)
This process is completed according to the process flow of parts positioning, parts calibration, surface treatment, solder laying, vacuum welding and vacuum insulation, and cooling out of the furnace. It effectively solves the problem of CNG flowmeter failure caused by uneven heating of the measuring tube due to conventional silver-based manual soldering. Performance is greatly reduced.
After this process is applied in the production process of CNG flow meters, the deformation of the measuring tube and the uneven internal stress are minimized, which greatly improves the performance of the CNG flow meter. The yield can reach 95% and the overall cost is reduced. It is suitable for CNG flow. Large-scale mass production of CNG flow meters; it can bring the overall technology and accuracy of CNG flow meters to a new level; it will be of great help to the development of low-priced, high-performance domestic CNG flow meters and create a better market for domestic CNG flow meters. Dominance has laid a solid foundation.
3. High-precision time difference detection technology
It is used for high-precision time difference testing of mass flow meters. The time difference measurement can reach within 0.3 nanoseconds, ensuring high accuracy of measurement; it adopts DSP (digital signal processing) technology and can effectively replace imported products.
4. Adaptive linear digital filtering technology
It can filter out the interference waveform of the output current of the mass flow meter sensor. Linear filtering does not affect the linear characteristics of the flow meter. In addition, because the transmitter needs to adapt to sensors with multiple natural frequencies, an adaptive algorithm is designed to achieve frequency adaptation. Ensure the versatility of the filtering algorithm.
5. Weak signal detection circuit based on high-precision differential analog operational amplifier
It belongs to the circuit design of the mass flow meter. The design of the voltage follower prevents the output from affecting the input. The design of the differential circuit effectively suppresses common mode interference signals. It has strong anti-interference performance, low detection signal amplitude and high accuracy.
6.Adaptive broadband oscillation technology based on frequency sweep algorithm
Used for mass flow meters, it has a wide frequency sweep range and fast frequency sweep speed, effectively ensuring the detection of the center frequency. Different sensors can be set to different frequency sweep ranges.
7.Synchronous phase tracking technology for constant measurement of tube resonance amplitude
It is used in mass flow meters to ensure that the resonance amplitude of the measuring tube is stable, the fluctuation is small, and the phase synchronization can be achieved within 6°.
