A jacketed mass flow meter is a specialized flow measurement instrument designed to handle fluids that require precise temperature control. It features an additional insulating jacket welded around the outer shell of the flow meter. By injecting high-temperature media such as steam or heat transfer oil into the jacket, the device maintains a stable fluid temperature inside the meter through heat transfer. This prevents cooling, solidification, and viscosity fluctuations, ensuring accurate and reliable flow measurement in demanding industrial applications.
Phase Difference:The phase difference is caused by the Coriolis force, which is generated when the medium moves in a rotating system. The Coriolis force at the inlet of the flowmeter opposes the movement of the measuring tube, while the Coriolis force at the outlet of the flowmeter helps the measuring tube move. This results in a phase difference between the two detectors, as shown in the figure on the right.

The hydrogen mass flowmeter has excellent small flow measurement performance, which can fully meet the working conditions of the hydrogen dispensers. There are currently two types of hydrogen mass flowmeters: 35MPa and 70MPa (rated operating pressure). Due to the high safety requirements of hydrogen flowmeter, we have obtained the IIC explosion-proof certificate.

In the field of cryogenics, Andisoon has developed a backflow meter and a liquid phase injection meter for LNG refueling stations, with a minimum temperature of -196°C.

Andisoon: Our stock is based on GB/DIN flange, with a delivery date of 10 days. We also accommodate other flanges like ANSI/JIS or thread connection, with a delivery date of 15 days.

3. Customer: What is the warranty period?
Andisoon: The quality guarantee period is 12 months from the completion of installation and commissioning by the purchaser, or 14 months from the date of delivery (whichever comes first), excluding maintenance kits or small accessories.
