Hydrogen Compressor Skid
The hydrogen compressor skid is a fully integrated and self-contained system. Once connected to the gas source, cooling system, and power supply, it is ready for operation. The main components of the hydrogen compressor skid system include:

Steel Structural Skid Frame
Includes the chassis, equipment supports within the skid, instrument brackets, explosion-proof electrical and instrumentation junction boxes, skid-mounted fixing components, and grounding assemblies. -
Hydrogen Compressor Piping and Instrumentation
This includes the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections, filters, the liquid-driven hydrogen compressor with its hydraulic drive system, inlet and outlet piping with necessary instrumentation, as well as pressure and temperature transmitters configured for the compressor.Valves within the skid include:
(1) Shut-off valves, ball valves, safety valves, and discharge valves on the upstream/downstream of the booster lines; (2) Cooling system valves and piping within the skid, including shut-off valves, flow meters, etc.; (3) All other valves associated with auxiliary systems necessary for fulfilling system functions. -
Connection Components to Owner's Pipeline
Includes pipe sections, flanges, and matching flanges for connection with the user's system, along with all internal skid piping and related accessories. -
Instrumentation
Pressure and temperature instruments installed within the skid according to functional and regulatory requirements. -
Safety and Monitoring Devices
Includes flame detectors, hydrogen concentration detectors, exhaust fans, and other equipment as required to achieve the specified safety functions and to comply with relevant standards. -
Electrical Control System
A complete electrical control system dedicated to the operation and control of the entire skid.
The outer shell of the skid is made of steel that meets the strength requirements. The surface of the skid is spray-painted to prevent rust and corrosion, and to provide sun and rain protection. The appearance of the skid can be adjusted according to the customer's appearance requirements.

The hydraulic system mainly consists of a motor, oil pump, oil tank, reversing valve group, oil cooler, rack, instruments and meters. As shown:

The hydrogen pressurization system adopts single-stage compression. The pressurization system integrates a cooling system and has a compact structure.

The oil film part of the piston rod is isolated from the cylinder, which prevents oil from entering the cylinder and contaminating the medium at the molecular level. B. High-efficiency spiral liquid cooling technology - calmly cope with various working conditions
The compressor cylinder adopts a 360-degree spiral cooling structure with no dead ends. The heat transfer efficiency is improved through structural optimization and the cooling capacity of the cooling medium is fully utilized. The exhaust temperature is 10°C lower than the exhaust temperature of conventional structures.

1. Overview
The liquid-driven hydrogen compressor skid utilizes a hydraulic system to drive a gas booster cylinder, compressing low-pressure hydrogen to the required filling pressure. System operations, including start/stop control and output pressure regulation, are managed by a PLC integrated within the electrical control cabinet. This cabinet is designed to interface with the user's control system, enabling fully automated operation.

Technology Advantages
a)The optimal vibration mode of flowmeters is determined after the finitement analysis, the structure is improved and the modal in each order is reasonably distributed. Driven by the simple harmonic, each position of the measuring tube will respond. A reasonable damped structure has been designed to improve the noise-proof feature.
b)The high-performance 32/40-bit DSPs are used as the core processor, including high efficiency instruction set, hardware FFT and other peripherals specially used for audio signal processing to fast process various digital signals in real time and largely improve the stability of flowmeters.
