Product Description
Andisoon's ATEX and IECEx Certified Low Temperature Coriolis Mass Flowmeter for LNG and Nitrogen Applications with HART protocol by Andisoon. This Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is ideal for measuring deep cold liquids like LNG and liquid nitrogen. With a range of sensors including Tube/Flange, it is perfect for applications in water, wastewater, diesel fuel, fuel oil, natural gas, and corrosive liquids/gases. The meter is ANSI, CE, and ISO certified, and offers direct mass flow measurement for liquids in open channels.
Advantages of Coriolis mass flow meter
1. Maintenance-free
2. High accuracy & reliability
3. Shows many parameters simultaneously, such as mass flow, temperature & density
4. Compact design with no moving parts, no special mounting and no flow conditioning required.
Coriolis mass flowmeter can directly measure the mass flow-rate, density and temperature of the flowing medium.
The flowmeter is an intelligent meter with digital signal processing as the core, thus a dozen of parameters can be outputted for user according to the three fundamental quantities above. Featured with flexible configuration, strong function and high cost perfomance, the Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision flow meter. Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision flow meter, which is flexible configuration, powerful function and high cost perfomance.
Coriolis mass flowmeter-Working Principal
Phase Difference:The phase difference is caused by the Coriolis force, which is generated when the medium moves in a rotating system. The Coriolis force at the inlet of the flowmeter opposes the movement of the measuring tube, while the Coriolis force at the outlet of the flowmeter helps the measuring tube move. This results in a phase difference between the two detectors, as shown in the figure on the right.
ANDISOON is the earliest manufacturer in China engaged in the trade measurement of natural gas dispensers (CNG, LNG). Mass flowmeter is the core product of the company.
It is the leading brand of mass flowmeter in the domestic cryogenic and high-pressure field; its products have long been used in high-pressure and low-temperature fields. Stable performance, fully meets trade measurement requirements; widely used in natural gas and hydrogen energy filling, thermal power, oil and gas, chemical industry, refrigerant, pharmaceutical, medical, food and beverage and other process industries.
AMF Series Coriolis mass flowmeter
Addisoon U type mass floweters passed ATEX, QAN, CCS, IECEx-QAR, CPA and PESO certificates.
It can be used to directly measure the mass flow rate of fluid in pipeline without the influence of temperature, pressure and flow velocity.
High accuracy and excellent repeatability. Wide range ratio (100:1).
Cryogenic and high pressure calibration is employed for high -pressure flowmeter. Compact structure and strong installation interchangeability. Small pressure loss and wide range of working conditions.
The hydrogen mass flowmeter has excellent small flow measurement performance, which can fully meet the working conditions of the hydrogen dispensers. There are currently two types of hydrogen mass flowmeters: 35MPa and 70MPa (rated operating pressure). Due to the high safety requirements of hydrogen flowmeter, we have obtained the IIC explosion-proof certificate.

>>Application: The ATEX and IECEx Certified Low Temperature Coriolis Mass Flowmeter for LNG and Nitrogen Applications with HART protocol by Andisoon. The meter is ANSI, CE, and ISO certified, and offers direct mass flow measurement for liquids in open channels.
Mass flow meters are known for their high accuracy, wide measuring range and reliable performance, and have been successfully used in various industries over the past many years.
Unlike other instruments that are limited to measuring liquids at normal pressure and temperature, ANDISOON excels in measuring under challenging conditions, including high pressure, high viscosity, and high and low temperatures. For example, when measuring CNG (compressed natural gas), the difficulty lies in the high pressure. However, ANDISOON's sensors can withstand high pressures, allowing the necessary increase in flow tube thickness, allowing the transmitter to detect signals with greater sensitivity. Therefore, ANDISOON's mass flow meters specially designed for CNG gas dispensers have been widely used in the domestic market
In the field of cryogenics, Andisoon has developed a backflow meter and a liquid phase injection meter for LNG refueling stations, with a minimum temperature of -196°C.
In the field of process control, Andisoon has developed a micro-bend type mass flowmeter, with a maximum flow rate of up to 300t/h, widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industrial conditions.
