In 2020, we developed China's first 70 MPa hydrogen refueling nozzle with infrared communication capabilities. Operating at 70 MPa means the nozzle must withstand pressures up to 700 kg/cm², imposing higher design requirements.

Unlike gasoline refueling, where internal sensors detect when the tank is nearly full and immediately shut off, 70 MPa hydrogen refueling requires controlling the refueling rate. If all valves are fully opened simultaneously, hydrogen molecules would collide and compress, generating substantial heat that rapidly raises the cylinder temperature, posing safety risks. Therefore, refueling rates must be controlled. Infrared communication allows the nozzle to communicate with the vehicle, reading hydrogen bottle pressure, temperature, capacity, and other information to control refueling rates in real-time, ensuring safety.

ANDISOON's independently developed 35 MPa and 70 MPa hydrogen refueling nozzles are now widely used in projects such as the Beijing Winter Olympics hydrogen station and the first hydrogen energy demonstration sites in provinces like Guangdong, Sichuan, and Anhui. This breakthrough has broken foreign market monopolies and helped reduce equipment costs for hydrogen station construction. We have obtained patents for this kind of hydrogen refueling nozzle, which are equivalent and aim to be superior than WEH, Germany.

Applicaiton Scenario

Hydrogen refueling nozzles are more complex than gasoline station fuel nozzles due to the high-pressure environment of hydrogen. The market for hydrogen refueling nozzles is divided into two pressure levels: 35 MPa and 70 MPa, with 35 MPa being the mainstream pressure level in domestic hydrogen stations.

A major challenge in hydrogen refueling is securely containing hydrogen, which easily escapes and operates under high pressure. The sealing medium for hydrogen refueling nozzles is hydrogen itself, requiring seals that can withstand 100,000 cycles over their lifecycle to ensure smooth operation under high pressure without leaking small molecule gases. Safety and leak prevention, especially at the connection and dynamic sealing points, are critical.

In 2017, ANDISOON began developing hydrogen refueling nozzles, overcoming technical bottlenecks through rigorous testing, including gas tightness, handle operation, and operational lifespan. By 2019, we achieved domestic production substitution following on-site evaluations at hydrogen stations.

The  high-performance   32/40-bit  DSPs  are  used   as  the   core  processor,   including  high efficiency  instruction  set,  hardware  FFT  and  other peripherals  specially  used  for  audio  signal processing to fast process various digital signals in real time and largely improve the stability of flowmeters
 
C. The mass flowmeter is welded by the unique vacuum brass solder process, which ensures the welding quality and also fully guarantees the stress removal to largely improve the zero stability of mass flowmeter in use.
D. Water gauge calibration testing platform: The Company owns the scarce calibration systems and  stability  testing  system  for  water  gauges  with  large-span  diameter  (DN6-DN400)  in  the industry for the operating condition calibration and the stability testing of flowmeters.
E. High pressure gas testing platform: The Company has established the first high pressure air (25MPa)  calibration  system  and  stability  testing  system  in  China  for  the  operating  condition calibration and the stability testing of high-pressure flowmeters.
